We specify low- or zero-VOC acrylics with third-party emission certifications. For easy cleaning we pair a washable matte/eggshell with a sealing primer to lock in old odors and stains.

Most single rooms finish in 1–2 days, full interiors in 2–5 days, and exteriors in 3–7 days depending on size and repairs. Rooms are usually re-enterable the same evening with low-odor paints and ventilation.

Patch + sand + prime as standard. We fill nail holes, repair cracks, caulk gaps, scuff-sand glossy areas, spot-prime stains, and mask floors/fixtures. Optional: drywall replacement, texture blending, and wood-rot repair.

Yes—our color & sheen consult includes large brush-outs, daylight/LED tests, and finish guidance by room use (matte for walls, satin for trim/doors, specialty enamel for high-touch areas).

We monitor hourly forecasts and measure surface moisture after rain. Spring and fall are ideal; in summer we use early/late shifts and shade rotation to maintain cure windows and finish quality.

Residential work includes a written workmanship warranty against peeling, blistering, or flaking due to application. Materials carry manufacturer warranties. We also include a post-job touch-up list before final sign-off.
